Redeemer Community Church seeks to equip students to face the challenges confronting young believers in today’s culture.

We seek to honor God by:

Engaging our minds in truth-based Biblical study.

"and that from childhood you have known the sacred writings which are able to give you wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work." ~ 2 Tim. 3:15-17

Engaging our hearts in Christ-centered worship and prayer.

"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God." ~Col. 3:16

Standing firm in the Lord as lights in the world.

"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil." ~Eph. 6:11

"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." ~Matt. 5:14-16

Loving and Encouraging each other in godliness.

"Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing." ~1 Thes. 5:11

Making an impact for Christ in the world through service and missions.

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." ~Matt. 28:19-20

RCC Student Ministries meets every other week, on the Sunday nights that Community Groups don’t meet, for worship, teaching, fellowship, and fun! Meetings are from 5:30-7:30 at the home of Jim and Terry McMurry. For more information and directions, call Jim at 412-6794 or Terry at 868-9975.
