December 23, 2020

Dear Friends,

You can’t see them smiling under their masks, but you should know you made Christmas a little brighter this year for a lot of happy kids at David O’ Dodd Elementary School.

HAPPY KIDS!

Here’s a thank you to all of you from the kids!
Let me add a “thank you” from me as well.  I am so grateful for your generosity and your willingness to bless these neighborhood kids at Christmas!

Speaking of Christmas, here’s how we plan to start our Christmas Eve service tomorrow night. The Candlelight and Carols Christmas Eve Service starts at 5:00 PM central time tomorrow.

Jim McMurry plays his arrangement of Mary Did You Know/What Child Is This.
Whether you’re able to join us Christmas Eve or not, I trust your celebration of the birth of Jesus this week will be filled with what all of us need more of right now – a fresh infilling of hope, peace, joy and love.

On Sunday, as we think about a new year ahead, we’ll focus on the God who does not grow weary and who does not faint.  And we’ll talk about how He gives power to the faint and increases the strength of the weak.  Good news indeed!

See you (in person or on line) Sunday!

Soli Deo Gloria!
Pastor Bob
