Get Involved

Church members are not simply spectators who show up for a weekly worship service and then move on.  We are to be people who live life on mission, pouring out our lives to advance the kingdom of God in our world.

At the same time, we are members of one another.  We’re a family.  And as a family, God wants us to come together regularly to encourage and serve one another, spurring each other on to “love and good deeds” (Hebrews 10:24).

Here are a few of the ways we meet to fellowship and to serve together.

Membership

WHY SHOULD I JOIN A CHURCH? We’re glad you asked! At Redeemer we believe local church membership is the visible expression of the invisible work of God in the life of His followers.  Membership in a local church is essentially a pledge or a commitment not to an organization or an institution, but to other people, to be “members of one another” (Rom. 12:5). Individuals wishing to join RCC must be people who have surrendered their lives to Jesus, and who…

Small Groups – FALL 2022

Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. Heb. 10:23-25 At Redeemer we believe that the “one anothers” of the Bible are best lived out in small groups. It’s in…

Mission & Outreach

“Let the peoples praise thee, O God; let all the peoples praise thee! Let the nations be glad and sing for joy!” (Ps 67:3-4) As a church, we have the privilege of being part of the gospel work God is doing in our city and around the world.  We agree with pastor and author John Piper who has said that when it comes to taking the gospel to the world, there are three kinds of Christians – those who go, those who send and…
